Third, the sand tin ore is often accompanied by a large number of iron oxide minerals such as hematite and magnetite, and it is difficult to completely separate the ore with a single mineral processing method and conventional mineral processing agents.

The surface area of sand tin ore is large, the difference of particle size is wide, the objective problems bring great restrictions to the beneficiation, the careless operation is easy to lead to the excessive consumption of chemicals and no effect, what way can solve this problem at present?

1. Pretreatment methods such as strong stirring of pulp and deslime of cyclone can be used before flotation, which is helpful to improve the flotation effect and increase the recovery rate of tin concentrate;

2. According to the associated minerals of the ore, magnetic separation can be considered to help achieve tin and iron separation. For sand-tin ore with very low monomer separation degree, multi-stage grinding + multi-stage gravity separation process should be comprehensively considered, which can appropriately improve the dressing index;

3, adding the LF-59 tin ore complex collector (ash medicine) specially developed by China Mineral Processing reagent network, has strong collector and good selectivity for sand tin ore, effective activity of 85%~90%, the dosage is 20g-40g/T, and the effect is better with red medicine 705 and white medicine (80%).
