During the shutdown and maintenance period of thermal power plant units, in order to prevent corrosion of boiler water and steam system equipment in the atmosphere, it is generally required to adopt shutdown protection measures. Our company's shutdown protective agent based on octadecylamine can prevent equipment from corrosion after being exposed to the atmosphere for 6-12 months. It has a wide range of applications and is safe and long-lasting. Moreover, our product developed with a special formula is different from the existing octadecylamine protective agents on the market, avoiding the problem of adverse negative effects on equipment. And it has been successfully applied in multiple units such as 300MW, 200MW, and 500MW, with a dense and sturdy protective film and good anti-corrosion effect.

Usage:
When adding agent, the ratio of the original solution to water is generally mixed in a ratio of 1:3-1:5. Due to the high concentration of the agent, it is best to add hot water or heat it when diluting and stir the solution thoroughly.
Dosage of medication: Calculated based on the water capacity of the water vapor system, the dosage of agent is 150-200mg/L (calculated based on active ingredients)
Usage Effect:
(1) The inner surface of the water vapor system has good hydrophobicity, and the water droplets are spherical in shape;
(2) Acid copper sulfate turning red time: more than 20 minutes (usually 1 minute is required; different parts have different times; the higher the pressure, the longer the acid copper sulfate turning red time, and most parts are more than 2 hours).
